As a one man shop, my hours can be variable, but generally 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. It is always advisable to check before stopping by. Other times by appointment.

By far the best way to contact me is by email, as I am frequently performing repair work that does not allow for phone interruptions. For example, lacquering an instrument or running machinery. I do check my email several times a day and will normally respond within 24 hours, if not sooner. Email also has the advantage of providing both parties with a record of repair work discussed, and any estimates that might be given. Please use the contact form for initial contact.
